North Hambleton District Scouts is looking for a supportive, enthusiastic and forward-thinking 14–24 Team Lead to help shape the future of our Explorer Scout and Scout Network provision.
The 14–24 programme is where young people take the lead in their Scouting journey. It’s a time when confidence grows, leadership develops and skills for life are put into action.
From expeditions and international opportunities to top awards, permits, volunteering and youth-shaped decision-making, this stage of Scouting has a lasting impact.
As 14–24 Team Lead, you’ll help to:
You’ll be part of a supportive District team and a community of volunteers who are passionate about helping young people gain skills for life.
You don’t need previous experience in a similar role or even within Scouts, what matters most is that you:
Full training, guidance and ongoing support are provided, and the role is designed to be flexible around your other commitments.
Our 14–24 provision in North Hambleton continues to grow and develop, this is a great opportunity to help shape the next chapter, creating more adventure, more opportunities and more young people gaining skills for life.
